Welcome to WebMasterBruce.Org!

Old friends (and new ones} can email me at

<deepsea331 at gmail dot com> . Figure it out, the spammer robots harvest email links and I'm sick of that. Telecomunications here are basic at best, and I have had to set up this new email address because I can't stay connected long enough to send mail thru my own domain web server in the US....WebMaster Bruce.

This is the personal website of WebMaster Bruce A. Partlow, and now, a section for my new bride- Newspaper Bureau Chief Reporter... Mrs. Mary Judaline Flores Partlow. This website is designed to be viewed in its entirety through a single Frame Window, with a complete Site Index List on the narrow left side of your screen, and individual page selections through the larger right-hand Frame Window. If a link or Search Engine drops you into this page or any other page by itself, without the intended Viewing Frame, please click on my photo below (or link at bottom of page Copyright Notice} to see this website as I have designed it.

Yup, I really was a Navy Deep Sea Diver, qualified to use the BIG RIG!

This website serves several purposes:

  • As founder of Graphica Design in 1993 and creator of Spandexwear.com, I would get upwards of 2 MILLION website users (not "hits") per month, and literally over 1000 email inquiries per day. Although a severe spinal injury finally forced me step aside, and I decided to pass on ownership of the business to my MOST loyal employee and partner, SeamMistress Loreen, This website allows me to stay in touch with the millions of friends and spandex followers I gained over the 12 years I DID run the business. If you'd like to send me/us/Judy us a an email, send to bruce AT webmasterbruce dot org. Type these words into a regular email address. (I'm removing the actual email link to defeat the automated, spam-sending spider programs that automatically scan these pages' source code for actual email address.} My account is now flooded with more spam than I can delete some days.....

  • My original spinal injury was sustained while on duty in the US Navy. Upon my discharge, my medical records were "lost" and after 15 years of fighting the US Government, I receive nothing-zero-nada of the medical pension I am rightfully due. Despite the fact that I can't walk, the US Social Security Administration feels that I am not disabled, and after multiple appeals, I receive the same nothing-zero-nada of the Disability Benefits to which I paid into for all my working life.

  • I love to write.... simple as that. Having saved my beloved Data from the bitch of a wife that informed me one day "she couldn't spend the rest of her life with a cripple" and left me bankrupt, lying in a hospital bed. I occupy a lot of my time writing while confined to bed. Writing also helps take my mind to a peaceful place and helps me deal with the constant, never-ending, intense pain that I have lived with since 1986, and which 3 reconstructive surgeries and daily morphine doesn't even touch. Writing helps me a lot, taking my mind off wanting to shoot myself to find peace someday.

  • As you will learn later in reading this website, I've had a very unique and interesting life. After years of dealing with customer inquiries and emails, a pattern developed.... The most common question I received revolved around "How in the World did a Chief Deep Sea Diver come to be the creator/WebMaster of Spandexwear.com?????" Well, folks, that be a loooong story indeed, and planted the seeds of thought- and after loooong thought, I've decided to publish my own book entitled "Deep Sea Tales." This website will give you just a small taste of the entire book and serve as its foundation. When its time has come, I'll get a real order form published here.

  • I've relocated myself to the beautiful tropical country of the Republic of the Philippines. After my bitch of an ex-wife and her boyfriend and her rich daddy's lawyer got done with me, and I was forced to sell my big, beautiful house in Florida, I didn't have much left to my name. I tried HARD to find gainful employment, but in today's job environment, just try getting a decent job when you can't walk 90% of the time and take morphine multiple times per day... and say nothing of trying to get Health Insurance after my last insurance company terminated ALL of its Florida Policies. SO... I made the decision to relocate to a nice, warm place where I could afford to live on the resources I had left, and could afford to have a maid and houseboy to help me live when I can't walk. I used what I had (smartly, I hope) to buy a nice small piece of property and have a nice small house/office built. It seemed to take forever, but my application for Permanent Residency is approved, The Philippines ISN'T the good ol' US of A, remember.

  • In addition, I have a team of 6 medical specialists (some even trained at UCLA Medical Center, thank God...) who studied my spinal situation for several months. On 6 November 2004, Surgeons reconstructed my lower spine for the 3rd spinal surgery. Using 1.5kG of titanium plates and rods and cylinders and screws. I spent 9 months healing, bones grow and fuse slowly :-(, I basically had to relearn how to walk, but I CAN once in a while. Except that the 6 stupid bastards didn't read the instructions and put the implant in wrong. I'm about 90% paralized from the waist down. Story of my life I guess, and I still need 3 more surgeries someday.

Well, that's about enough for my "Welcome Page." Please scroll thru the Site Index List to your left see what I've had the time and energy to write so far. I hope you will enjoy my rambling writing style.
