This photo taken from main road down the length of left side of property. The door visible in building is the main entrance to the Advanced Computer School / Internet Cafe that I built. Another of our mature mango trees is present, and our vegetable garden runs the entire length of the property. We grow a significant percentage of our own food here, (nice rich, black volcanic soil left over from last local eruption +/- 40,000 years ago.) Also plain to see is the 20' cargo container I bought and shipped all my goods here from the States. Container is still in great shape with no leaks and we use it for storing the odd items we no longer want in the house. Container stays, as with all the trees we've planted, crane can no long get to container. With a few windows put in with a cutting torch, could be a great additional workshop. If buyer doesn't want the container, they can cut it up and get a good price from all the heavy scrap steel. Next to the container on the left are four mature "plantain" banana trees. This type needs to be cooked to release the carbohydrates, can't be eaten raw. Multiple regular banana trees are planted along the opposite side of the property and are delicious <G>.
